Great quote, all about employee commitment as well. Is this by the way one of the secrets behind "the winning team"? Soccer (national) teams with the same composition and the same players winning championships one day and not surviving the first round the next?
But back to business it also confirms the importance of creating an organization without fear, with people growing through learning and risk taking and through accumulated individual learning arriving at a learning organization. Happiness in the workforce. A lot to do on management level giving your staff the trust and support they deserve.
